SPECIAL 2011 INFORMATION:
HOURS OF OPERATION: We are open Mondays-Thursdays 10:00 AM-8:00PM. Fridays 10-9:00PM, Sat/Sun 9:00AM-9:00PM. IMPORTANTLY, due to liability issues the cutting fields close at dark each day, however you are welcome to choose a tree from our beautiful selection of pre-cut trees.
CHOOSE & CUT: Plenty of pines, fir, and spruce are available on the 40 acre Mr. Tree farm. Bring your own saw, or Mr. Tree will provide you with the same together with a map of the growing fields.
PRE-CUT TREES: Mr. Tree features a substantial inventory of Pre-Cut, Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir, Concolour Fir, Canaan Fir Blue Spruce, White Pine and Scotch Pine. This year, (2008) we broke our 30 year tradition of importing Michigan Fir and imported lush premimum Fraser Fir from North Carolina. These Frasers are the most beautiful fir we can recall ever featuring on our Pre-cut sales floor. Numerous satisfied customers have "woooed" that their NC fraser(s) are the "most beautiful tree" they have "ever had."
MONSTER TREES: We also feature a fantastic inventory of BIG FRASERS, CANAANS AND WHITE PINE, from 10-16 foot in height
PETTING ZOO: 2011, feature several playful/friendly pygmie goats, including two precious babies; a gaggle of baby ducklings; and his royal highness: Prince Albert, a full size Alpaca/LLama. These animals are also for sale to appropriate households.
SANTA'S WORKSHOP CABOOSE; is a full-size actual yellow Railroad Caboose, that is available to tour during regular business hours.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Whether you cut your own or select a tree from the pre-cut showroom, Mr. Tree sales associates are always available to handle your tree for you. They will trim the bottom branches, provide a fresh cut, shake the needles/field debris (with automatic shaker), "wrap" the tree in netting ($2 charge); and secure your tree on your vehicle. These services are provided at no additional charge, although tips are appreciated.
